Please use our IT helpdesk whenever possible. This will ensure the quickest possible service as all of us will receive the phone call or ticket at once. It will also provide a record of your problem/request from beginning to end.
To use the helpdesk do the following:
- Call 1010 from any desk phone or 706-879-2300 externally and press 1. If no one can take your call, please leave a voicemail and a ticket will be generated with the message attached.
- Email your request to helpdesk@gordoncounty.org.
Login into the helpdesk portal at https://gordoncounty.freshdesk.com/support/login and sign in with your Google login. The portal can be used to view all of your past tickets as well.
