Allow IT to connect to me

Click on the Representative that is helping you



Enter Your name


Accept access



Once the Representative sees your request for remote support and attempt to connect you will be prompt with the below message.  Which contains the name of your rep and requests permission to view your screen.  (CLICK ALLOW)



At this point the Rep still can not see your screen you will need to double click on the screen shot of your desktop under Your Entire screen before they will be able to view your desktop.  





FULL CONTROL

Your Rep may choose to send you a file to install to have control of your mouse and keyboard to assist you if they do choose a file like below which will appear in your downloads.


 Click on the Run it.


You should see the above image appear as the program runs.

At this point your representative should be able to connect to your screen.
