The new guest wireless is named GC Guest and has a splash page when you connect a device to it as shown below:
This page will pop up when you connect to the network. Check the consent box and you will be allowed access to the internet. Since this wireless is open to the public it does have filtering on it, specifically prohibiting adult content.
