This does not allow IT to control your iPhone or view your iPhone without your permission.
Go into the AppStore and download BeyondTrust Support.
The app will be labeled as Remote Support on your home screen. Open it
Once in the app, make sure the top line where it says Site Address you put in support.gordoncounty.org. Then call IT and ask for a Session Key
Once IT gives you a Session Key, click on Submit, it will ask for permission to view your screen, click on Allow. Now IT can view your screen. Once you close the session IT no longer can see your screen.
